Not a Peet's worker but want to organize your coffee shop, roastery, warehouse, or workplace? No problem!
We believe in industrial unionism, which means all workers in an industry belong to the same union. This gives workers more leverage against the bosses than when they are divided by craft into separate unions.
IU 460 represents all food product workers except agricultural (IU110) and fishery workers (IU130), who produce, process and distribute foodstuffs, beverages, and tobacco products.
